Join us at B & B Ristorante for our Regional Tasting Menu, this month featuring the incomparable wines and cuisine of Emilia-Romagna.

Emilia-Romagna is home to some of Italy’s most famous and celebrated specialty products. Prosciutto di Parma, aged balsamic vinegar, and of course, the “undisputed king of cheeses” – Parmigiano Reggiano. Emilia-Romagna is also known for its hearty meat ragus and different varieties of stuffed pasta. Our “Pasta Tasting Menu” at B&B Ristorante currently incorporates all of these ingredients into one amazing culinary experience. From the “chestnut tagliatelle” to the classic “lasagna verde alla Bolognese,” each course is a real winner. The menu is listed below with optional wine pairing.
