B&B Ristorante's Regional Tasting Menu - Piemonte
October and the arrival of autumn signify many different things here at B&B Ristorante. Hearty braised meats, pumpkin gelato, and fall spices are just a handful of items our family has been longing for throughout the warmer months. But no item have we been anxiously awaiting more than the opulent white truffle. Only in season for three or four months out of the year, these rare treats hail from the town of Alba in the region of Piedmont.
We found it only appropriate that the next stop on our culinary tour through Italy focus on Piedmont and some of its regional specialties. The menu is listed below with optional wine pairing and although incredible by itself, the menu becomes downright extravagant with the optional addition of 15 g of white truffle.
