B&B Ristorante’s tour of Italy continues this month with the featured region of “Sardinia.” The second largest island in the Mediterranean, Sardinia is situated above Sicily just off Italy’s western coast. In celebration of this unique and eclectic island, B&B has designed a regional tasting menu featuring dishes from and inspired by the region. The menu is listed below with optional wine pairing.
