
Join us in welcoming Frank Langello– Executive Chef at Babbo, B&B Hospitality Group’s flagship New York City restaurant– for a guest chef dinner.
A 15-year veteran of Babbo, Langello will prepare a four-course menu of Babbo classics including Carciofi alla Romana and Stinging Nettle Tonnarelli with Morels, Favas and Asiago. Culinary Director Nicole Brisson will supplement Langello’s dishes with seasonal items including Heirloom Tomato Caprese with Burrata and Pesto and Gnocchi with Pesto Genovese.
